Scenic drive and a dinner

Sunday visit to Santa Barbara

Yulia A.K.

Santa Barbara is located on the central California coast, at the foot of the Santa Ynez Mountains.

Incorporated in 1850

Filled with rich history

Santa Barbara is a gem for relaxing walks full of architectural wonders.

The drive

We drove from Los Angeles. If you drive in winter time you might catch snowy mountians view and then get to the PCH and drive along beautiful beaches.

Parking

There are plenty public parking lots around but if you happen to visit on a Sunday street parking is free and without limit.

On winter Sunday Downtown was pretty empty and we could just enjoy taking pictures of unexpected cute spots.

Arlington Theater

Built in 1920 it first served as a hotel but later was destroyed by the earthquake and rebuilt as a theater.  It is open Tuesday-Saturday
